Canadian Resort Property? As Canadian member of recyber I figured that promoting Canadian Mountian Cabins in Kimberley - a growing golf/ski resort town would be attractive to Americans.
With Stage I of our resort development almost sold out to Canadian interest(Stage II starting) I am wonder why there is not more American interest in a log cabin that offers more dollar value and fun per square foot than Sundance or Lake Tahoe etc.
Canadian Mountain Cabins - Kimberley is first of its kind. Geothermal heating is just one of the cool cost saving features of each cabin. Attractions such as golf at Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene mission and skiing is awesome. All this with an airport expanding just 20 minutes aways and with a Casio of the Rockies should attract more US to recreational property here in Kimberley.
On this note, I figured that my promotions with emarketing via recyber would have attracted many brokers, realtors and investors from the states such as Montana, Washington, and Idaho.
Right now for example tens of thousands of vehicles come to from Montana, Washington, and Idaho for Kimberley's summer festivals.
To date most replies that I received are from Texas, Florida and San Diego.
Tell me if you are interested to learn more about our project as I would be interested to review any feedback that you are willing to share and work with interested brokers, realtors, and investors and/or persons interested in being a cabin owner.
