Has anyone had any success with carleton sheets techniques or
principles.

He mentions that there are over 19 ways to get money back at closing.
The only way that I am aware of is to buy low and get a higher ltv
loan and pocket the diffence at the close of escrow.

Any thoughts or ideas or comments would be great.
