I have very profitable and lucrative real estate investment project -
really something that you should see because it is unique and there
is almost no investment risk and huge profits to be made.

Here are some MORE DETAILS:

Project Objectives - To build 8 beautiful family houses (modern
architecture, luxurious style, pool for each house and
infrastructure around them) near the second biggest city in Bulgaria
(Bulgaria is in Eastern Europe) in the most attractive residential
district in the city.

Funds Needed - Only $100 000. The total project costs are more than
$400 000 - I am able to get some government subsidy for about $300
000 so we can complete the project with about $100 000 and have 8
beautiful houses built on 8 decars of land. The market price of each
of these houses at the present moment is between $150 000 and $200
000.

The Offer - As I already mentioned I have ways to subsidize this
project with government money and I can get up to 75% of the costs
paid by the government. I need $100 000 to start the project and
finalize it. After it is finished we'll have 8 buildings build on 8
decares of land and their value will be over $1.2-1.4. So if you
supply the initial funding we split 50/50 and you get 4 buildings
which are valued at around $0.7M. If we start this autumn we can be
ready in the next 12 months. So you can turn your $100K into over
$0.5M in about 1 year.
