Good morning,

A client of ours is looking for an attorney who is versed in matters of the FDCPA and FCRA. These are federal credit and collection statutes.

He's having a hard time finding one, especially for small projects like he currently has. He did find one actually, but the guy took his money and disappeared!

The client is located in Arizona, but I don't think the attorney needs to be located there or even admitted there but of course that would be helpful.

Any recommendations you could give me to pass along to him would be greatly appreciated.
