his portfolio. He will pay cash, buy the house "As Is" (pending an
inspection) and pay for the closing. My fee to facilitate the deal
is VERY reasonable. My client is also interested in distressed

I have two houses for sale at this time...both are mine, both are in GA. I see you're licensed in GA as well, they are listed on mls but WELL BELOW appraisal!

1) 3/2 on approximately .5 acre lot. 2 car garage in VERY GOOD SCHOOL district. Listed at $112,900, appraised 2 years ago for over $120k.

the other a little larger:

2) 5 or 6 bedrooms with 4.5 baths, all brick cape cod on 27 acres in up and coming county. Originally listed at $700k, now at $449,900.
