home inspection

What is the average price for a home inspection? I know most of it depends on

the size of the house and such, but I'm just looking for an average estimate.

I think we typically pay about $200 for a duplex, about 2000 square feet in total. I think that's fairly low, though, we found a guy who gave us a good deal and since we continue to bring him business, he gives us his best price.
