Good day all.
I have some property that I feel is perfect for a
McDonald’s location. I have read all of the specs that
constitute the "ideal" McDonald's location and this
property qualifies without a doubt. My plan is to sell
the far corner piece to McDonald's, thus having an
incredible anchor for the rest of the property, and
then put in a strip mall behind the restaurant. At the
very least, the property adjacent to the McDonald's
would skyrocket in rent, if not in actual value.
Does anyone have any experience in working with
McDonald's on Real Estate purchases? Any and all
suggestions would be wonderful.
