We are selling some of our homes in Buffalo,NY (also some in PA).
Two have recently been vacated and the mechanicals are in working order.
Each home will need minimal cosmetic work (3-5K) to have them up and
running. The addresses are 66 wakefield, and 72 Hirschbeck, each were
previously rented over 2 years with 500 and 550 per month rent.

Current manager states with section 8, rent can garner 600-650. They
are Single Family homes. Asking 10.9K for each. We have pictures and

We also have a few lots and homes in PA.

We are not brokers, we own all the homes listed.
