We are a newly married (about a month) and are looking for a house of our own. I was working before marriage but as now I am staying with my husband in north US I had to quit. We live in a rented apartment but would like to own a house of our own. I know it is really costly to buy out a house with just one of us earning so I would like to know of any other alternates and trends that are available in the market.
