Default Can anyone help me?

Hi all,
We are a newly married (about a month) and are looking for a house of our own. I was working before marriage but as now I am staying with my husband in north US I had to quit. We live in a rented apartment but would like to own a house of our own. I know it is really costly to buy out a house with just one of us earning so I would like to know of any other alternates and trends that are available in the market. Could someone please guide and help us? Thanks!

It is really a great idea to have your own house as early in life as possible because the rent month after month is really hard on your budget and pocket. There are a lot of options available in the market but with your situation I would suggest you “Rent To Own” plan available in the market these days. It is ideal for a newly married couple like you and the last time I saw was available on Smart Home Buy and the web site is http://www.smarthomebuy.tv/ . I am sure you will be surprised to know this way of owning a house and would love the deals you can get. It is all about home ownership made simple. So log on today. Happy Holidays!

I agree with isabella. Another bad thing about renting is that the prices can possible increase time after time. I would definitely suggest owning a house instead of renting.

You can do Rent to Own. This may take years until the house is yours but this is not as much as expensive as buying your own house immediately.

O yes...
I'm totally agree with your comments...!!!
To buy a new house is quite difficult for the people who are working to much to live their better lives....
I think you can get buy a house on easy installments if you can find such kind of option somewhere....

There are a lot of great properties to chose from but financing is really getting tough! we're talking 20% down w/ pristine credit.
