Smile I Am A Millionaire Now!

My name is Wallace Hobbs from Horsham PA. I spent 16 years in the Army until I broke
my neck in 2 places and had to leave about 2 years ago. I could not work and didn't
know what to do to pay bills.

Well I watched a lot of TV and infomercials and kept seeing a lot of Real Estate
Courses that said I could get rich. So I borrowed the money and bought Carlton
Sheets programs. I was so excited and dove in and followed all the steps and nothing
seemed to work and I had no one to turn to for support.

So I then saw Robert Allens, "NO MONEY DOWN", so I thought GREAT, different guy,
different program, different results. NOPE. same results, I spent a LOT of money on
his programs and no support.

Next was Dean Graziosi, same outcome. I started feeling stupid. Why could all those
folks on TV make money in Real Estate and I could not! So far I was thousands in
Debt and no properties.

I then got a card in the mail for DR. A. D. Kessler's book, and I bought his 10 week
on-line course (One Hour a WeeK) and flew out to CA for a ONE day class that cost me
$10,000. A lot of great information, (Like hitting me with a Fire Hose) but no one
to hold my hand and support me and answer questions when I needed it. Took them 2
days to e-mail me back or I got voice mail all the time or they told me to talk to a
lawer or someone else.

Anyway I just about gave up until I read an AD in the paper that read..
Unique Opportunity to Earn Income While you Learn to Invest in Real Estate, Call
1-800-XXX-XXXX I figured why not! So I called and they got back to me and told me
this was an opportunity to Earn and Learn at the same time.

They gave me a wealth of information to review on their Marketing Plan and Education
and Full Time support they offer.

Well that was in August of 2004. I now own a total of 6 homes, that are worth over
$1,200,000.00 and have a positive cash flow from my properties and I do not have to
worry about being a Landlord, its all done for me. I will say it is not right for
everyone, but hey, I had no experience at all and now look at me. Mom, I am a
Millionarie now.

I am thankful I finaly found a compnay that not only taught me the right way to
invest but helped me every step of the way. I really enjoy life and the time I can
share with my family. I thank god I found this Network and company.

Wallace,

Great job. But I'm curious as to why you mention the guru's and companies that DIDN'T work for you but you didn't mention the guru or company that DID fulfill your goals? Is it a secret for some reason?

I applaud your efforts and not giving up. I'm still plodding along myself buying programs and listening to sales pitches, going to seminars and nobody to hold my hand through my 1st deal. Everyone wants money up front. They all talk-the-talk but I'm finding out $1000's later most of them don't walk-the-talk.

I'm still looking for the program or teacher who'll teach me and split the deal which would be much more lucrative (for both of us) than me paying $1500+ up front and getting lame help, or no help, and left to figure things out on my own again. Been there done that.

Default NJ/NYC GREAT INVESTMENT PROPERTY- HUDSON COUNTY

Dear Investors;

I know Investors are always looking for a decent property to flip on
to make a substantial profit and this property is perfect for just

Multifamily house on Grand Street, Weehawken, NJ is available for
purchase. It is an exclusive listing, not listed on MLS yet.


It is a 6 family house, approx 4,000 sq ft and can easily be
converted into a 4 or 3 family. Full unfinished basement with
separate entrance.

Floors 2 and 3 are setup so both units connect at the bathroom, and
are about 3 bedrooms, 2 bath each. on the first floor the units are
more like 1 bed/1bath each.

and will be listed on MLS in weeks to follow for $1,175,000.00.
Taxes are dirt cheap only $3,794!!!

*Note: 3 -4 family houses of comparable size in Weehawken are selling
for between 1.2million- 2million.

Default Support and working as a team

Dear Wallace et al

It is important to work With People. It is so much better to work as a team.

From husband and wife teams all the way on up. I changed Real Estate offices to find the right team dinamics. If is some rare bird that can do it all alone.

When it comes to managing the investment property after we buy it it can be farmed out to a Management team or you can try to do it yourself. But when do you go on vacation? Who backs you up when you do leave town?

We all need team players.

I noticed that you joined Nouveau Riche. I also noticed that your website address is www.RealEstateWins.com and you have a picture of yourself in a tuxedo. Great photo, it really shows that you are a millionaire. Congratulations for being a millionaire. The Nouveau Riche software looks quiet voluminous. Would you mind sharing what is current status and what have you been doing lately such as pre-foreclosures or lease-option, etc. that provided you with most and easiest and cost effective (little money down) way to becoming a millionaire in short term? Thank you.

Congratulations on ur success. Your story is really great....

Im also in to real state business and found a way to enhance my business exposure.I've found a great way to market my business and it's through networking.
For real estate agents, one key driver of success is blogging. If you take the time to take some of the interesting content in your head and put it out on the web, you will get customers. You have a lot of very valuable information about the market, or the community. Blog it and people will come to you. This is really no different than the best practice many real estate do of writing the real estate corner in their local paper just faster and easier.
