Hi All=85

I have four investments waiting for the right investors:

1. 2 lots on Beaumont Street Sacramento, CA 95815. Cross street=20
is Eleanor Avenue. Lots are side by side, can build up to 12 units=20
condos or turn it into Bed and Breakfast. 60 feet width x 109 feet=20
length. Utilities on the street. Asking $288,888 each lot.
2. 2 triplexes in Fresno. One on 4th Street and the other on=20
6th Street. Each triplex comes with 3/1. Market rent is $700 for=20
each unit. Got it under contract at $200K each which is well below=20
market value with COE on 1/2/05. Will assign for $20K each triplex.
3. 3-acres lot on Hibiscus Drive Ocean View, HI 96704. City=20
says can build as many units as you like as long as the set back is=20
kept at 35 feet from the street and 20 feet away from each unit.=20=20
Asking $199,898.
4. 2.5 acres with SFH 5 beds 3 full baths. Ranch style on=20
Monreal Road Mandera, CA 93638. Cross street is Avenue 16th. 10=20
minutes drive to Fresno. Sold with approved permit to build another=20
SFH on the lot. Selling $300K.
