i have a question i hope someone can help me with. it has to do with
a duplex maybe two. here it goes, the seller wants to sell the duplex
now here are the stats : .. i live in texas ...


appraisal district : $ 45,000
asking - cash price : $ 55,000
finance price : $ 65,000 with $ 2,500 down payment..


question is what would be a fair price to offer ? and if so, is that
a big spread for them ? ... also can a lease w/option be done on a
duplex ? ... according to the re agent, she tells me that they were
approved by the local section 8 office. it looks like it needs some
work. not sure how much.. but some for sure..
