Good Morning,

We also have properties that are available to you on our website. If you
utilize a combination of our financing services and property location
services then we should be more than capable of finding you an endless
supply of properties that are available for sale. As a general customer
of our site you will be able to find and locate great deals online.

As a member of our website you will be able to list any discounted
property that you have for sale and market it to our network of over
4000 buyers. The loading of the property to the website cost a webpage
fee of $100 per home and is a members only benefit. We also provide
management through MLS for the low cost of $799.00 per house. This means
that in addition to having your property marketed to our list of buyers
your property is presented to the tons of Real Estate Agents that are in
the community that would like to buy your investment home from you at a
discounted price. If you thought that wasn't enough we also have
exclusive member only properties that we send out to our customers via
email. These properties are sent to you via email so that you can have
first right of refusal on buying properties that we find and locate at

The seller is also a real estate agent who will only charge 3.5% to list
the property on the MLS. He believes that the property should sell
within 3-4 months (depending on how you price it on the MLS). He does
corporate leases as well so if you decide to hold the property for a
year or so he would be able to help you with the leasing. The property
might go for about 875K as well. My finders fee is $10K so your net
profit would be about $70K after capital gains, 15K holding costs,
commissions and selling costs. I need a buyer for this property by
tomorrow afternoon as the seller may have another bidder tomorrow. The
seller is willing to hold out until tomorrow for me to find a buyer (a
tight squeeze but I figured I'd try anyways). The buyer can write up an
offer with any specific requirements they may want (ie seller financing
with down payment, financing contingency, etc).

The seller for this property is also willing to be creative. After
figuring commissions at 3.5%, capital gains at 20% and a $5000 finders
fee you're looking at about $20K in profit.

3.) The last opportunity I have is a grocery store in San Jose, CA. I
don't have much information on this property although I can forward you
to someone who does. This business opportunity is selling at
approximately $2.5M and cash flows $150K a month! If you're interested
