Have contacted client by email and confirmed all details as correct. She is recently divorced and very much struggling to pay the mortgage on her own and is now quite desperate to sell. She tells me that she is not concerned about making any money on the house – she just need to get out.

She has confirmed that she is willing to accept around the $139k mark but will accept lower as only needs $134k to clear her debt. She has put the flat on the market at $159900, as a flat on her block has come up for sale at $170k.
