I live in eastern NC, economics rather depressed.
My local paper is full of single family homes, and
duplexes. They range in price from 20K to 50K. Most of them
are already rented. Since I am very new to the real
estate investing, should I take time to investigate
these, or assume that the current investor is loosing?
Any direction would be appreciated.
