industrial buildings throughout New York State and the USA.
All properties must be above 60,000 square feet and must have a CAP
rate of 7% or higher for industrial or office buildings.
Retail plazas must be in high traffic areas and vacancies of around
80,000 square feet of contiguous, Big Box space are a plus!
