PRIVATE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT GROUP
WILL EITHER
PURCHASE, FINANCE, INVEST OR JOINT VENTURE

Multinational Real Estate Consortium looking for viable commercial
and residential projects to purchase, arrange the financing as a
private non banking lending source and or acquire to be held in our
portfolio.

We are private investors ( not a bank ) with the capacity to make
expeditious investor buying decisions on viable properties using our
own capital or sources of private capital / financing instruments.
Acquisition capital is available for foreign or domestic projects on
a case by case basis where appropriate and detailed documentation is
provided for our review.

We prefer to deal direct with the Principles, Direct Brokers or
approved Mandates ONLY.

NO BROKER CHAINS PLEASE

We look for:

Commercial Properties under $60MM per transaction to finance and
under $20MM to purchase per transaction (office bldgs, retail strip
malls, medical suites, churches, hotel/motel ect)

Multi Family Properties under $5MM (townhouse and condos) no major
rehab or renovation projects accepted. Will consider unique equity
rich or value intensive deals.

SFR Properties under $3MM per transaction, no major rehab or
renovation projects accepted ( we look for at least 30% equity on
acquisitions with no broker chains) must have a BPO, appraisal and
be able to provide clean title and viable exit strategy.

Residential Subdivision Developments either in pre or post
production/construction phases under $50MM per transaction.

Foreign Subdivision Developments in Latin America, Central America
and the Caribbean on a case by case basis.

Raw Land with entitlements already in place having limited zoning
restrictions.

Construction Financing available for commercial or residential
development projects (inquire for specific details)

Private Executive Business Jets also available as acquisitions or we
arrange financing.


Financing terms are determined on a case by case basis as we do our
own underwriting for financing arrangements. Contact us for complete
purchasing or lending criteria.
