Default Re: Forms and procedure for a Pre-Foreclosure deal

Kuron, Fred and Everybody Else: We are planning an on-line study
group for Short Selling. We'll use this book to work from. It is on
eBay again at auction #5934356063 (although it is a fixed price item
with no bidding needed). We can do an on line chat format. I think
it could be really helpful. I've got 6 deals working since I bought
the book and I know several others who've had great success too. the
concesus seems to be that if a dozen or so of us were able to get
together and sort of review our experiences, using the book as a
guideline, it would really enhance our learning curve. Right now I
am thinking Tuesday nights at 7PM (Central) would work for most
everybody. If you are interested and have some input, e mail me. So
far, there are 5 of us ready to do it on Wednesday. (If you'd rather
get the Short Sales text right from the publisher, they have a web
site: but it is cheaper to buy it on eBay, just
search the number above or search seller RandolpherTheGolfer) The
first on line study meeting will be on Tuesday, the 23rd. That will
give everybody a chanced to get a book. Talk to you later. -Henry
