The Buckhead property's contract fell through. The property needs to be
closed within 7 days. There is a confidentiality agreement and
non-exclusive buyer/broker agreement that must be signed for complete
disclosure by prospective buyers and/or parties finding properties for
buyers (non realtors). The listing price is $1.5M and it appraises over
$2M. There are back up contracts being accepted for the $7M property
