Thank you kindly for your excellent and much appreciated, very complimentary email.

Review the brochure thoroughly when you have time: it's worth it. I agree that it and this entire project is very well thought out, so I hope it is, as you say, right in line with what you're looking for.

Regarding the meeting I mentioned, you have your saints/cities mixed up!! It's going to be in my home at 93 Terrace Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901(11 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge). I hope that's better for you than San Ramon.

Your suggestion about a meeting in the South Bay is excellent and may happen later, but I want the first one to be in my home, as I had promised. There has been terrific interest, which would indeed justify holding meetings in various locations......but that's for later. I hope you will come to this first one in my home.

Now, as to when: I have been very busy emailing to all the folks who asked for the brochure, so I haven't yet arranged a date for that meeting. I'm hoping to do so very soon and I'll let you -- and everyone -- know and I'll give precise directions. So watch your email.

My proposal for the meeting is that the developer (the brains behind the project; you never thought that I was the brains!), Bill Dabney, give a short presentation of what the project is (as little as 10 minutes, because, hopefully, most everyone will have reviewed the brochure).

This would be followed by a Q&A session, which should be extensive, exhaustive, rigorous, no-holes-barred, open, totally transparent etc., etc., etc.. Everyone should feel entirely free to raise any worries, concerns, doubts, issues etc., which they may have and this session will go as long as it takes!

I think it will be a great meeting, so don't miss it!
