Hi Barbara:

Thanks for your further email. I will certainly re-email you the brochure.

I can understand your having been confused in that the brochure outlines 2 different streams for investors:

The first is the "basic stream": this is for folks, who wish to buy/invest in one home, or five or 20, or whatever, but don't want to be developers in their own right; this is the stream that most folks will want.

The second stream is what I think of as "the developer stream" and is for folks who do want to be developers in their own right; this stream will only be attractive to a much lesser group of folks -- they will probably be experienced, seasoned developers, likely with mucho $$!

The investment opportunity is open to both streams; folks in both streams are equally welcome!

Problem is that, unless one reviews the brochure very carefully, this two streams thing can give a wrong impression.

If one skims the brochure (as you obviously did, Barbara!!.....but I've already found it in my heart to forgive you !!) one can get the impression that this opportunity is exclusively for experienced, seasoned developers, likely with mucho $$!.... WRONG!!... NOT SO!!

There is the "basic stream", in which one can buy just one of the homes and that person will get the same VIP treatment.

If that person can make a down-payment of approx. $25K and qualifies for a loan for the remaining 80% of the purchase price and can pay closing costs, then she/he can be an owner/investor of one of these brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes.

Family members or friends can pool their $$ and buy one or more of the homes as a group.

So, please Barbara and everyone: please read the brochure very's worth it. I have been told by potential buyers that both the brochure and the whole investment opportunity seem to be very well thought-out. I agree and the huge response I have got bears that out.

The entire investment opportunity is the brain-child of the developer, Bill Dabney -- a very brainy guy and a very honest guy. He also wrote the entirety of the brochure. (My huge claim to fame was that I discovered 5 or 6 typo's).

I think you'll appreciate that the brochure tells it as it is; there's no hype or exaggeration -- a bit understated, if anything.

Having said all that, Barbara, I'll now re-email you the brochure.

With kind wishes,
