The city of Pensacola, located in northwest Florida, has been experiencing economic and job growth in recent years. These two factors are a extremely indicative of a strong housing market. The Pensacola real estate market current has more buyers than sellers. Market trends have been increasing with the growing economy. Average home prices are at an affordable $135,000. The greatest amount of activity is for first time buyers for condominiums and townhomes.

Since the Pensacola real estate market is expected to continue to grow, it is smart for investors to get in on properties while they are relatively inexpensive.
