_________ being duly sworn, deposes and says that he [she] is the president of _________ corporation, owners of the real estate in the city of _________ _________ county, _________ described as _________; that the corporation is the sole owner of the property described; that no other corporation, person or persons have any interest or title in equity or otherwise, in or to the premises except as later stated; that according to his [her] own knowledge and belief the premises have been held peaceably and undisturbed without dispute by the corporation and preceding owners for the period of twenty years last past and that no dispute exists between this affiant and others concerning the title to the premises or the boundary lines of the premises; that the premises are not subject to nor its use dependent upon any easement, and no conveyance has been made nor any encumbrance created affecting the premises or any part of the premises since the _________ day of _________ _________[date]; that no person has any valid contract for the purchase of the premises which has not been duly recorded prior to the last title search, that no requests have been made by any municipal department demanding any change or alteration in and about the premises or improvements on the premises, and that no one in possession of the above premises or any part of the premises has any interest in the premises otherwise than as tenants, and if under written leases then as per leases assigned to purchasers this day.

Affiant further states that there are no suits or judgments, decrees, attachments or orders against the corporation for the payment of money which remain unsatisfied of record in any court having its records in _________ county or in the _________ court of the state of _________ and that the transfer and sale of the within described premises to _________ and _________ his wife [her husband], is not for the purpose of evading payment of any just debts; that the corporation is solvent and all its indebtedness is paid to date.

Affiant further states that no improvements, replacements or repairs, nor any labor or material used in and about the erection of improvements on the described real estate, have been made which have not been fully paid, and that there are no mechanics' lien claims of any nature outstanding and unpaid.

Affiant further says that the statements and representations in this affidavit are made for the purpose of assuring _________ and _________ his wife [her husband], good title to the premises and to induce the purchasers to pay the sum of _________ dollars by exchange of properties.
