Agreement changing community property into separate property. Agreement is made _________, 19__, between _________, husband, and _________, his wife, both of city and county of _________. Recitals: There now stands in the name of husband, _________ shares of capital stock of _________, a _________ corporation, evidenced by certificates of stock Nos. _________ and _________ of that corporation. The stock is the community property of the parties and they desire that the stock be equally divided between them so that each shall own ½ as his or her separate property. Therefore it is agreed as follows: 1. Husband assigns and conveys to wife _________ shares of the stock to be held by her as her separate property. 2. Wife assigns and conveys to husband the remaining _________ shares of the stock to be held by him as his separate property with full and unrestricted ownership, including full testamentary power over it.
