Both the roof and siding have been replaced in the past five years. The yard has two patios for outside dining, one in front to watch the traffic, and the other tucked away for privacy.

It actually looks much brighter now, since we just removed the carpet and put in Pergo floors in the bedroom and living room The living room also has a Pottery Barn area rug.
The rental history will show it to be fully occupied for the past eleven years. The in season rate is $950 per week, June/September $600 per week, and May/October $500 weekly. |
