What I love about the home
2 NEW A/C Units and water heater installed. All the Bedrooms are Large and spacious as well as the closets. It has very open areas in the living rooms and walk ways between each major room. It's not cluttered or closed in, it's very open, spacious and bright (lots of light during the day, but can be limited with use of the blinds if wanted). The Fireplace Mantle is perfect for setting a large flat screen TV on and gives a perfect all over view from the living area and kitchen. All the bedrooms are separated far enough for privacy and the Master Bedroom has it's own corner of the 2nd floor away from the other two bedrooms. There are 3 full bath so if you wanted to rent out 2 bedrooms, each tenant would have their own full bathroom and not have to share, this is a huge plus with renters and hard to find since most homes have only 2.5 baths and 1 is usually in the Master Room.
