Property Description

This 3 acre lot is half lawn and half wooded. Stone wall borders the eastern and frontage. Western side is bordered by a brook. Centrally located between Groton and Barre. Equal distance from here to I89 in Barre/Montpelier and also I91 in Wells River/Woodsville NH or even Bradford via Route 25. The main VAST trail is about 1/2mile east of the lot, with permission could travel across neighbors property to the powerline to acess trails. Property is Zoning free which means you can do what you want without a building permit no permit necessery to change septic tank as long as you dont mess with leech field at the same time.
